They got us a great rate with low closing costs, and we closed easily on time, thanks to their efficient communication. The are very honest, and gave good advice to help us understand what was in our best interest. They are very responsive via email or phone, and will usually respond within minutes. Steven always responded quickly to us -- typically within fifteen minutes -- answered all of our questions, and was there for us every step of the way. We had a great deal of trust in him, and he helped us secure a fantastic rate. After we locked in our rate with PrimeLending, we were even able to use their FREE float down (which no other lender offered) to reduce our interest rate a bit more! I can't say enough good things about our experience with Steven and PrimeLending. If we buy another home down the road, we will definitely be coming back.
