  Andy Poulsen handles most of our investments and all of our insurance needs. I am 100% confident that he has our best interest at heart and makes recommendations and decisions for us based on that. He cares so much about his clients - and that's obvious in so many ways. He and his staff have always been quick to respond to any questions or requests we have: whether in regards to storm damage to our home, having my purse stolen from our car, a cracked windshield, 401k rollover, faxing something last minute to the Secretary of State for us, etc, etc. It's wonderful knowing we have someone we can count on to handle everything for us when the unexpected happens!

  I am very thankful to have Andy Poulsen taking care of my car, life, renters, and umbrella insurance policies. It all started when I found out that I was driving without car insurance for 4 days after a miscommunication with my previous insurance company. I called Andy around 8 PM and by 9 PM we were sitting face to face in his office going over all the policies. By 10 PM I had a temp proof of insurance and was signed up with all four policies. Andy is very respectful, honest, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend him to anyone.
