  Went to open a checking account since i just had moved her from florida and had a clorida only bank. When i walked in, there was a large line. The man at the door said "how can i help you?" I had said i was wondering if i could open a checking account. He told me he had an appointment in a minute and would take care of me after or wait til the other guy came in. I said no problem, i can wait. And he told me he had an appointment again? And i was like oookay, i got that. Ill wait, thank you. So as i waited a tall man with curly hair approached me and said how can i help you? Told him i wanted to open a checking and he brought me into the office and said it will take about 45mins. Asked me what i used my money for. I said " well, i pay bills and buy things....?" And he said "what kind of bills?" Im like confused why it matters but proceeded to tell him. He had very monotone voice and said i either need 500 in my account at all times for teir 1 or 2,000 for teir 2. But basically said that i cant handle that. I was like well, im a waitress so it would be hard for me to have that right away.. He kept giving me crazy eyes and was like well... Thats all i can offer you. But the whole persona came off as i was too broke for the bank. My sister was with me and was like "yeah this isnt the bank for her.." And he said "yeah probably not... Bye" just everything made me feel super uncomfortable and made me feel like less of a person..... Needless to say, i found a better place to do my banking.... Poor customer service. Oh and when we left after 20 mins of being there, the line was exactly the same.....
